How much does a villa pool actually cost?
For a typical Riyadh villa, most pools land between 90,000 and 180,000 SAR depending on size, depth, finish and how much excavation the plot needs. The estimator above will get you close; a site visit gets you exact.
How long will my garden be a building site?
Landscaping alone is two to three weeks. Add a pool and it is closer to ten. We give you a week-by-week programme before we start and photograph progress every Thursday.
Do you handle permits and municipality approvals?
Yes, where they are needed — pools and permanent structures usually are. We prepare the drawings and submit on your behalf.
What happens if plants die?
Planting is guaranteed for twelve months when you are on a care plan. If something fails and it is not down to neglect, we replace it.
Can you work around an existing garden?
Often, yes. Mature trees and established irrigation are worth keeping, and we would rather design around them than start again.
